Integrative Energy Healing
Intuitive Healing Sessions are uniquely channeled to the individual, intuitively guided and co-creative in nature. These sessions are a soft & gentle landing place to receive whatever is needed at the time of our meeting. Each session is divinely guided by the innate wisdom of your Body, Heart & Spirit, and is a safe space to simply be with what is.
Olivia’s practice weaves Reiki, localized somatic bodywork techniques, abdominal unwinding, and Earth-centric modalities such as cleansing & harmonizing with mapacho, plant baths, or healing song that may be included in each session.
1:1 Mentorship
This 1:1 Mentorship Program is rooted in a holistic & integrative approach to supporting those in all stages of their personal healing journeys, navigating their professional practice as a healing arts practitioner, or in any season of seeking mentorship for the initiations that life brings upon our path.
Sessions are talk-based, listening-forward, and may also integrate energy work depending on our initial consultation with one another.
Plant Medicine Mentorship
Grounded guidance for walking an aligned path with sacred plants.
These 1:1 sessions offer guidance for any point in one’s journey working with sacred plants - be it years into ones path or those who are curious in forming a relationship with the plants. Together, we explore deeper integration, embodiment of their wisdom, and unraveling the nuances of how plants speak to us to understand the transformational experiences that they offer.
